Yes ✅ All our pieces are crafted with advanced anti-tarnish coating over stainless steel and 18K gold plating. This keeps them shining for a long time, even with regular use.
Can I wear your jewelry daily?
Absolutely! Our jewelry is designed for everyday wear — lightweight, durable, and skin-safe. Many of our customers use it daily for work, college, and casual outings.
Is it waterproof?
Yes 💧 Our jewelry is waterproof and sweatproof. You can wear it while washing hands, in light rain, or during workouts. However, we recommend avoiding chlorine pools and harsh chemicals for longer life.
Is it safe for sensitive skin?
Yes 🌸 All our products are hypoallergenic and skin-safe. They are free from nickel and lead, making them suitable even for sensitive skin.
What is the material used?
Our base metal is high-quality stainless steel plated with 18K gold. This combination ensures strength, shine, and long-lasting finish.
How long will the plating last?
With proper care, our 18K gold plating lasts for years. Avoid harsh chemicals, perfumes, and store your jewelry in the provided pouch to extend its life.
How should I care for my jewelry?

How can I track my order?
You can track your order by following the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email or by logging into the Account Page, locating the order in question, and clicking on "Track Package." Click on "Show Carrier Tracking Page" to be shown the specific tracking link provided by the carrier.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping: All products, except those which are Made to Order, are fulfilled and shipped via standard shipping, to arrive at your door in 2-3 days after the date the order is placed.
Please note, transit times may vary based on the shipping method and destination.
What about shipping on "Made to Order" items?
"Made to Order" items may have extended delivery times. Please reference the shipping details on the relevant product page for expected delivery times on made to order items. Additionally, please note that “Made to Order” items are subject to a restocking fee if the item is returned.
How much does shipping cost?
We strive to maintain low shipping costs and include basic free shipping on all products.
I received a notification that my order has been delivered, but I haven't received it!
If your package was marked as delivered but you cannot find it, please wait 48 hours before contacting customer service. In most cases, a carrier marks a package as delivered prematurely, and the package will arrive within 48 hours. In some cases, the package was delivered to a neighbor or placed in a different mailbox. If you can, please ask your neighbors if they have seen the package before contacting customer service. If you still have not found the package, please email us at care@onequince.com, and we will let you know of next steps.
Please report all packages as missing or lost within 10 business days of the expected delivery date. You can report a package as missing by emailing customer service at nayaabcare@.com. If a package is reported as missing > 1 week after expected delivery date, you will be asked to file a claim with the postal carrier.
Do you ship internationally?

How do exchanges work?
Exchange orders are created as soon as the carrier receives and weighs your return.
How long does it take for my return to process?
Here’s a quick overview of our refund process:
Original Form of Payment: If you prefer a refund to your original payment method, it will be processed once your return is received and restocked at our warehouse. This can take an additional 15 business days.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund or exchange is finalized. Please note, once you receive the refund notification, it may take a few days to appear on your credit card.
Can you issue my refund to a different card if my card is canceled, lost, expired, or stolen?
We are only able to process refunds to your original payment method. We are unable to issue refunds to a different card, different account, or different payment method.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
